performance! Lighten your load by increasing your 6.0L performance. The Lightning simply plugs into the ECM located right beside your battery and comes with a switch on the back of the module that you can select from 3 different levels: 60 rwhp/140 ft lbs, 80 rwhp/181 ft lbs or 100 rwhp/235 ft lbs of torque. Performance level creation occurs by increasing injector pulse-width and time of injection. The new Torque Shift transmission has a slow performance learning curve but once it gets used to the level you choose, it performs like a dream. Included with the module are connections for the upcoming "A" Monitor that will display exhaust temperature, turbo boost and allow on-the-fly power adjustments. The "A" Monitor can also cut back the fuel if high exhaust temperatures are attained. |

7.3L Powerstroke
Diesel includes the best of the past with the designs of the future. The
Evolution simply plugs into your truck's OBDII connector port located under
the dash. No need to remove the ECM and scrape the connector surface. The Evolution leaves no traces that engine and transmission performance tuning has been done. The Evolution screen prompts you with directions on how to install either of the BD X Power programs that have been chassis dyno tested and proven over many years in service: 30-40 RWHP Emission Certified 50 RWHP Towing Application 80 RWHP Race Program Transmission shift points and pressures have been modified to match the power increases and we have also extended the speed limits for cruising those open roads. The Evolution can also be used to read any erase and engine diagnostic codes. |

The new
Garrett GTP38 turbocharger for
the '99 thru '03 7.3 PowerStroke. This turbo has been designed to improve on
the turbo response time and reduce the excessive turbo drive pressure. These
improvements reduce exhaust temperature and improve fuel economy. The new 88mm compressor wheel provides 33% more flow than the stock 80 mm wheel. The 1.00 A/R turbine housing and the new low resistance ball bearing design reduces the amount of pressure required to drive the turbine wheel. |

The BD AutoLoc
is a computer that commands the torque converter lock-up clutch to stay
applied when the exhaust brake is engaged. This allows 100% of the retarding
force to be transferred in 3rd and 4th gears, and, transmission oil temperatures remain low because converter slippage no longer occurs in these gears. The lock up clutch and brake automatically disengages once below 25 mph. |
